The Ministerial Association of the Southern Africa Union Conference exists to strengthen pastors, pastoral families and local church leaders, so that every congregation in the Union is served by people who are growing in Christ and in their calling.

Continuing Education
Self-paced modules for pastors in active ministry. Work through them on your phone or laptop, pick up where you left off, and receive a certificate when you finish.
Register once with your email address, enrol in a course, and start with the first module.
Ministerial Spouses
Ministry
Supporting ministerial spouses in their calling and ministry journey through encouragement, practical resources, and the Ministerial Spouses Curriculum, designed to equip and strengthen them for meaningful service.
Marriage
Nurturing strong, Christ-centred marriages by providing practical resources and encouragement to help ministerial couples grow together, communicate well, and flourish through the unique demands of ministry.
Parenting
Equipping ministerial parents to raise children who are secure, connected, and grounded in Christ, while navigating the unique opportunities and challenges of growing up in a pastoral family.
PAKIA
Nurturing the faith, identity, and gifts of children in ministerial families, while creating opportunities for them to grow and serve. Through initiatives such as the Positively Parented devotional—written by PKs for parents and families—PAKIA gives children a meaningful voice and encourages them to use their experiences and gifts to bless others.
Retirees
Honouring and supporting those who have served in ministry, while encouraging them to remain connected, purposeful, and actively involved in God’s mission. Through fellowship, prayer ministry, mentoring, and opportunities to share their wisdom and experience, retirees can continue to make a meaningful contribution to the church and its ministry.
Elders Leadership Certification
A certification course for local church elders, prepared by the Union’s Ministerial Association. Work through it online at your own pace and receive your certificate when you complete it.
Elders serve alongside the pastor in every congregation. This course equips them for that work.
